Well, Society, let's look at what makes a psychopath for a second:

Lack of empathy for other's feelings/hardships
Never acknowledging when you're at fault for something, usually something harmful
Constant, unrepentant lying and manipulation of others
A love of things that give pleasure or amusement
Grandiose self-worth/pride
Narcissism ("It's all about me.")

Now let's take a look at you real quick in relation to these traits:

Lack of empathy: Sure, you point out problems, but do you actually take action to help solve them? Many times, you'll go, "Why bother? This problem doesn't affect me or my loved ones."
Not owning up to harmful actions: How many instances have we seen where someone is changed into a harmful or dangerous person by the people around him/her, only for said people to turn around after it comes to light and say that it was his/her own fault he/she ended up that way?
Lying and manipulation: I've certainly been lied to, screwed over, and then left out to dry while someone else gets what they want and gets away scot-free, and I'm sure everyone else has at least once, too.
Love of pleasure: Anyone reading this would agree that there is a huge amount of emphasis put on how everyone needs to look beautiful at the least.
Overinflated self-worth: Surely no one can argue against how misguided others can be on a subject they know squat about, particularly when you yourself know that the way the other assumes the subject works is way off, and how adament they can be about their "solutions".
Narcissism: I'm sick of how many times I've heard we should do/not do/change something "for the good of society!", with no regard to repercussions or side effects.

Isn't it ironic that Society is one of the most antisocial things in existence?

What I find the most tragic about all of this is the fact that everyone, myself included, helps to perpetuate this sociopathic social mindset, whether or not we realize it:

The human brain is physically incapable of caring about the well-being of more than about 150 fellow humans.
We never want to acknowledge mistakes because that would mean acknowledging that we aren't perfect, or may have done harm without realizing it.
If we need or want something bad enough, we'll do whatever it takes to get it, even if it means taking advantage of someone to get there.
We always want to feel good and so seek out pleasurable things.
Thanks to the Dunning-Kruger effect, we always think we'll be the hottest stuff when it comes to just about any given thing/task, even when we utterly suck at it, have only a superficial understanding, or only talk about how good we'd be without actually trying our hand at it.
And perhaps the most common averse reaction we all have to giving and helping others is, "What about me? What if I have to step out of my comfort zone? Perhaps for a long time?"
